Are your mugs food safe?

Yes! The glaze is food safe. I also test each mug with white vinegar and boiling water to ensure they survive the acid and thermal test. They are also microwave safe.

What are the care instructions for your mugs? 

Please hand wash. Avoid extreme temperature changes. Discontinue use if any structural cracks or damage develop.

Why are the posters shipped separately with the Vascular Bundle? 

Posters are shipping separately from mugs and cards to keep them protected and to offer the most cost-effective shipping

How often will you add new pottery to your website?

Currently I am focusing my first drop and seeing how that goes. But my goal is to eventually do 2-3 drops per year: graduation drop, winter holiday drop, and a drop to donate a portion of proceeds to a organization of choice. 

Will my piece look like the photos?

Each piece is handmade and one of a kind. Slight variations in shape, color, and finish are part of its unique personality :) The only pieces that will look exactly like the photos are the "Anatomic Variants."

Do you do commissions (custom work)? 

Not currently. However once I get a handle on the workflow of my new business, I would love to offer commissions to create even more special and personalized mugs!

Do you offer discounts? 

Yes for imperfectly perfect mugs, and for recurrent customers!

What happens if my mug arrives broke?

If your mug did not survive the travel, please inform me within 7 days of receiving the package and provide me with photo evidence. This will help me figure out what went wrong and how to prevent it from happening again. I will work with you to make this right, whether it be returning your money to you, sending a replacement, or giving your store credit.
